I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee finalist status or receipt of the vehicle, and that the published giveaway terms and signed transfer documents control if there is a conflict with this application.
I understand that the vehicle is used and will be transferred as-is, with no warranty from Deal Depot Auto Sales or Flat Rock Baptist Church except any express written warranty provided at transfer or rights that cannot legally be waived.
I understand that after title and possession transfer, the recipient is responsible for insurance, registration, taxes, maintenance, repairs, operation, and all costs associated with the vehicle. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Deal Depot Auto Sales and Flat Rock Baptist Church are not responsible for future repairs, accidents, damage, losses, or claims arising from the recipient's ownership or use of the vehicle.
