Your story deserves care and respect.
Drive Hope collects application information only to evaluate eligibility, administer the giveaway, communicate with applicants, and document the selection process.
What the application collects
The streamlined online application asks for contact information, driver’s-license eligibility information including the license number, issuing state, issue date, and expiration date, total household size, transportation circumstances, total gross monthly household income, references, narrative responses about need and expected impact, optional outreach information, and signed consent and certification statements.
Protecting sensitive information
Enter the driver’s-license number and dates only in the designated application fields. The number and dates are encrypted when stored online and hidden from application scorers. Do not place these details, banking information, medical records, identity-document images, or other unrelated sensitive material in narrative responses, public messages, or ordinary email.
Who can see the information
Applicant access is limited to designated Administrators and Reviewers. For online applications, identity, contact, reference, consent, optional church, and outreach values are hidden from scorers. Paper applications are reviewed from the original scan, so identifying information written on the paper is visible to approved Administrators and Reviewers. Reviewers must recuse when they recognize an applicant or have another conflict. Program Observers cannot open or review applications; they can see only aggregate application status counts, anonymous scoring summaries, and marketing reports. Optional church answers, Flat Rock outreach, and Deal Depot sales-contact choices are voluntary and are not used in scoring.
Questions and comments
Messages submitted through the questions and comments page are stored privately so the Drive Hope team can respond.
Partner-link activity
The website counts clicks to listed partner websites, Deal Depot inventory, social pages, prayer requests, and pastor links. Administrators and Program Observers can see totals, approximate unique-device counts, times, and the referring page. They can also see aggregate application status counts and program-wide scoring averages, but Program Observers cannot see individual applications or scores. Reviewer accounts cannot access marketing reports.
Paper applications
A printable application is available on the website. Completed paper applications may be mailed to Drive Hope, c/o Flat Rock Baptist Church, 115 Slab Bridge Road, Liberty, SC 29657, and must be received—not merely postmarked—by the deadline. An Administrator uploads the complete scan to the private database, where it is encrypted. Approved Administrators and Reviewers read and score that scan directly; no transcription or third-party AI processing is used. Because there is no transcription, paper answers are not searchable or included as individual fields in data exports.
